The lessons they learned in puppy class need to be revisited and expanded on so that as they go through that tricky teenage stage, you have the knowledge & skills to steer them through. We set exercises and play games that are such a lot of fun that practicing at home becomes part of the daily routine, and you have a dog that you can be proud of
Our 6-week course is structured into 6 key topics:
- Basics & Self-Control
- Creating Great Choices through Crate Games
- Loose Lead Walking for Life
- Coming Back Despite Real-Life Distractions!
- Minding Your Manners!
- Testing our Life Skills
When you book your youngsters training course you will receive an email with links to downloadable PDF files which will give you information about what to bring with you to your first lesson, an ebook which accompanies your weekly training with reminders about what you did and what your homework for that week was.
Our training team pride ourselves on keeping up-to-date with modern, positive, and most importantly, effective dog training methods. Our lessons are well-organised, fun and informative with plenty of opportunities to ask questions. The classes are designed to show you that essentially training should be fun for both you and your dog, because that way you are more likely to do more of it!
